Premium Success Plan

This plan is a great mix of support and training. When you have support questions, you’ll get priority access to our team of customer success experts and technical staff. You’ll also get additional QuickStart training to get you up and running. All this in addition to our online getting started guides and library of inbound marketing materials.

The Premium Success Plan includes:

  • Priority phone support and routing
  • 1:1 QuickStart Premium training

Premium+ Success Plan

This plan covers you for support and training with the addition of 1:1 training with our team of inbound marketing experts. You’ll get all the benefits of our Premium plan, including priority support and quick response time, plus up to 6 hours of dedicated time with one of our experts.

As part of the Premium+ Success Plan, you’ll receive the following:

  • Dedicated Account Management
  • QuickStart Premium Training
  • Access to a dedicated Inbound Marketing expert – 4 hours / year
  • Mid-year and Annual Review to measure usage and trends
