		Online Learning Center Optify training videos give you quick and easy insights into how to use Optify features and solutions.
		Email Support Send us your questions or post in our forums and we’ll get back to you in 24 hours or less.

Professional Edition – Included Services

		QuickStart Training Online QuickStart training is included with your Professional Edition. Additionally, integration services (CRM, Email systems, etc) are available for an additional fee.
		Best Practice Webinars Our regular schedule and archive of online marketing webinars will keep you up-to-date on best practices and latest trends.
		Online Learning Center Optify training videos give you quick and easy insights into how to use Optify features and solutions.
		Customized Marketing Plan Build a plan with our consultants to set goals and track your success.
		Training – 6 hours As part of your subscription, you’ll get 6 hours of 1:1 training with one of our online marketing managers that may be used within 6 months of your start date.
		Phone and Email Support We’ll answer your questions online or live and in person.

		Premium Support Your support requests and priorities go to the front of the queue. You can reach us by phone, email or web.
		Dedicated Account Manager We’ll assign one of our online marketing managers to your accounts in addition to online and phone support.

Managed Services

		Custom Consulting Our custom consulting offers are tailored to your needs, and including strategy, implementation, and change management. If you need it, we’ll manage Optify on your behalf to ensure success.
		Training Whether you’re a new or existing customer, we’ll train your team on best practices and getting the most from your investment. We train end users, administrators, implementers and developers for success in every role.
		Support Support is included with your subscription. If you need a higher level of priority or access to technical experts or a defined SLA, we’ll put together the package to get you covered.
