10/1 Deployment – Saved Filters

If you’ve been following along, you’ve noticed that we have been hard at work making Contact Manager a simple but incredibly powerful resource for digital marketers. Filters, Sort-ability, Customize-ability, etc. This week we’ve added something that makes it even more powerful (while still wonderfully simple) – Saved Filters.

Contact Manger

Let’s say you want a view of your Contacts that is filtered down to folks from Seattle who have visited your site a total of 5 times and their last visit has been in the last 3 days.

You simply set those criteria in the Filter box. But you don’t just want this view today; you want this to be a view that automagically updates in a few days when you log back in. No problem. Simply hit Save on that filter, give it a name (like “Hot Seattle Leads”) and voila!

Now anyone in your company can log in to Optify, go to Contact Manager, and select that Saved Filter. This can be incredibly useful for filtered views that you like to see regularly; for instance, this would be great for a sales person responsible for a certain geographic territory or a specific segment of prospects.

We hope you love this feature as much as we do. And please feel free to tell us how you use it in the comments. Or tell us what else we can build to make your marketing life Simple, Insightful, and Actionable.

It wouldn’t be a week at a software company if we didn’t also fix a few small bugs. Does anyone else wish we could force everyone in the world to use the same perfectly-up-to-date browser? Yeah, I thought there might be a few Product Managers and Developers out there who agree. :)
