What’s New at Optify: Our Spring 2010 Release
We are excited to announce our product spring release! This release is our biggest to date and includes several, highly anticipated features. We’ve been working hard on getting this release out so that we can now offer our growing customer base enhanced reporting capabilities, powerful enterprise features, and full integration with Salesforce. We’re also happy to announce new integration with ExactTarget, the powerful email marketing software, which will offer Optify and ExactTarget users a synergistic work flow for email campaigns.
Enhanced reporting
Optify has always provided reporting that highlights where you stand in terms of web site visits, how you’re tracking over time, and what to do next, and now we’ve taken it to a new level. Our next generation reporting provides robust out-of-the-box traffic reports and the ability to customize your data by creating new reports that let you slice and dice data with both built-in and custom filters.
Salesforce Integration
Optify Salesforce integration offers customers real time insights into their B2B website leads. The seamless integration between Optify and Salesforce provides sales team with details about both company and individual contact (or lead) visits to their websites. Information like when, from where, and what visitors are doing on the website is now available within Salesforce.
International SEO
International SEO support addresses a key issue for large organizations with multiple websites and multinational campaigns, allowing these firms to focus on taking action based on real time business results. Optify users can now track keywords and search engine behavior in multiple, international locations.
Multi-Site Support
We’ve now made it possible for you to create, configure, and manage multiple sites (that is, multiple domain names) within a single account. You can add as many sites as your licensing agreement permits, and each site can have its own settings.
ExactTarget Enablement
Optify is now available to all ExactTarget and Salesforce customers as a way to enhance lead nurturing. Using Optify with ExactTarget will enable users to better track and measure their email campaigns and allow them to use Optify data to trigger lead nurturing and marketing campaigns with ExactTarget.
