New release, new features from Optify

Posted by Uri Bar-Joseph on December 16th, 2009

We are excited to announce our latest Optify product release! This release just happened this evening and includes big improvements to our Twitter for Business application, a new Alerts feature that will enable you to respond in a timely manner to leads and customers, and updates to Lead Intelligence and Lead Scoring.

Here’s a sneak peak into what you’ll find:

Twitter for Business

twitter for business - search feature

We made big improvements to our Twitter for Business application. Now with many of the features you expect from your every day Twitter client like search, saved searches, multiple accounts, tracking direct messages and mentions, Optify can be your primary Twitter client. And better yet, you can still count on Optify to run Twitter campaigns and track the success of your Twitter efforts from tweet to lead.

Alerts

Alerts page

You can now set up an email alert which will notify you when leads or visitors to your website meet certain custom criteria you set up. For example, you can use our simple rules based system to notify you when a particular prospect visits the site, when someone visits a certain number of pages, or returns to your site multiple times. Real-time alerts will help you respond to customers and prospects at the right time–when they are thinking about your product or service.

Lead Intelligence

Lead Intelligence new features

We added a search box to our Lead Intelligence Report. Hopefully you’ll find lead intelligence to be a lot more powerful now. You can search by company, name and email address or narrow the focus to one field using “email:”, “company:”, “name:” Jump right in and find the data you need.

One last feature we added to Lead Intelligence is the ability to quickly create an alert if anyone from that company visits your site in the future.

Lead Scoring

lead scoring - exclusion tab

Last but not least we now allow you to exclude leads from your lead reports based on criteria you specify. This will allow you to focus on the leads that matter, not the noise.

We hope you like what we’ve done! Please send us your feedback so we can help you drive more qualified leads to your sales team.
