Have you ever found yourself using an Optify app and thinking, “It would be really cool if…”? Maybe you’ve wondered if anyone else had the same thought, or whether Optify was already working on it. Fortunately, you don’t have to wonder anymore.
Optify has opened a new series of Ideas forums where you can sound off about your needs, suggestions and brainstorms. You can also comment on the ideas of others and vote for the ones you like. You can even share them with your social network.
Check it out: Just log into your Optify account and then go to the Optify Community forums. (Clicking the Help link in top right corner of any Optify app will take you there.) Then click the Submit an idea tab at the top to go to the new forum. When you get there, you can click on any forum name to join the discussion, or click the Suggest an idea button.
If you’re adding an idea of your own, just type in a title and then elaborate on your thoughts in the main text box. The formatting toolbar at the bottom gives you some control over text appearance. Finally, click Add.
If you’re reading an existing idea, feel free to use the box at the bottom to add your own thoughts to the discussion. If you like the idea, you can cast your vote of support by clicking the Me too! button just below the main forum text.
Finally, you can share your own or others’ good ideas on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. To do that, just click the Share, Tweet, or Like buttons (respectively) under the forum title.
From time to time, the Optify staff will chime in on a discussion and mark the idea as being planned, not planned or done.
Forums are also a good place to share tips and tricks and ask questions of your fellow Optify users.
So what are you waiting for? Cruise on over to the new Ideas forum, check out the possibilities and contribute some insight of your own.
