1. Take a look at our ever-expanding ‘Help’ library.

You can choose to search and read up on a topic, or simply view one of our short videos that explain how to get things done the Optify way. To keep things quick and easy our videos are generally no longer than 5 minutes.

  • You can reach our ‘Help’ desk directly from your account by clicking on ‘Help with this page’. This will get you to a page related to the topic you are working on.

2. Use our trainer widgets. For a quick feature overview you may want to check out our trainer widgets. These can be found at the bottom of the browser window in many of our applications directly in your Optify account.

3. Contact us directly. If you need more information, submit a ticket or – if you prefer to talk to a real person – call us. We’ll work on a speedy resolution.

4. Schedule 1×1 training. If you prefer to work 1×1, you can add additional training hours at any time; for example, if you are expanding your team, or need help with the set up of a specific campaign.
