Website and Blog Optimization
“We needed to understand who our prospects were. We wanted to see what subjects resonated with our prospects so we could better reach them. We spent a lot of time researching what keywords people searched on. Optify helped us to know how many people were searching for a keyword and how our respective competition was doing on a keyword. We honed in on keywords with high relevance to our business but with medium to lower competition. Using Optify’s Keyword and Pages applications we narrowed our focus to one keyword per page. Immediately after we changed our site using Optify’s data and suggestions, we saw visits increase 250%.
We also use Optify on an ongoing basis to see which keywords drive visitors to our blog. We use this information and tailor our blog posts to our prospects interests. For example, if we receive 10 different hits for ‘Salesforce’ and 30 hits from ‘cloud computing,’ we know to write more on our blog about cloud computing. Since we started using Optify, we’ve seen a steady traffic increase of 412% to our blog.”
Twitter for Business
“I use Twitter for Business everyday. Usually in the morning I’ll find 3-5 articles to Tweet about during the day. Then I’ll schedule those Tweets to be released throughout the day using Optify. When Friday rolls around, I’ll schedule all the Tweets for the weekend. When I went out of town for five days, I was able to schedule all my Tweets in advance. That way, I knew we’d have a sustained presence while I was gone. I’ll also frequently check my Optify Twitter for Business Outbox to make sure I’m not Tweeting too much at any one time. For all these reasons, Twitter for Business helps me stay organized, consistent and efficient.”
“We look at the daily reports and the weekly digest, which are automatically generated for us. It’s nice to see daily who visited our site the previous day. We like to know how our traffic is doing and it’s helpful to see who’s visiting. If we see a frequent visitor we’ll call them and say ‘Hey we’ve seen you poking around on our website, is there anything else we can help you with?’ And, before calling a lead, we always check Optify to see which website pages they looked at. We’ll refer to their interests when we talk to them. This makes the sales process quicker and easier for both parties.”
