ADSI had no effective plan for search engine optimization. “Initially we were searching through Google and finding competitors were higher up on pages than they were,” says Joe Kohl, Vice President of Marketing. “We were working with a web developer who had ideas about doing SEO, but it wasn’t working out.”
They needed a strategy that would help them rank for their target keywords and would drive more traffic and leads to the site. And they needed to make the website more discoverable.
“We realized we had to do something. We started investigating to find who had the expertise to help us out,” recalls Kohl. “We got in contact with Optify. The sales rep presented a strategy to us, and we went ahead with the plan.”
As part of that plan, ADSI began focusing on optimizing their website, while marshalling Optify’s tools for evaluating success and tracking leads. They began with classic on-page optimization, defining targets, creating new content, and optimizing existing content. In addition to the data from Optify itself, ADSI purchased consulting hours to guide the company through the processes and reporting while providing additional help with SEO and marketing. These initiatives ranged from custom dashboard creation, link building strategies to email campaign marketing and more.
The results from switching to Optify were nothing less than dramatic. “We increased leads from search alone by 350%,” reports Kohl. “This shows not only that we’re growing traffic, but we’re growing the right traffic —traffic that generates leads.”
