R2integrated was easily able to sync Optify Connect to their existing Salesforce instance, allowing them to provide detailed insights to their Business Development team. At a high-level, Optify Connect provides historical behavior/trending insights that enable them to make valuable business decisions, and have a complete view of leads that had previously been anonymous. Granularly, their Business Development team is able to effectively nurture leads based off previously exhibited lead behavior.
