Corensic uses Optify’s Inbound Marketing Software to Increase Organic Traffic By 300 Percent In Three Months

Corensic, an early-stage venture funded company is a developer of software quality tools which help software engineers find concurrency bugs in parallel software. In June 2010, in an attempt to increase visibility, Corensic rebranded itself and relaunched its website.

Corensic Challenges

Corensic’s target audience is a niche audience – who tend to be selective and particular about their development tool preferences. Corensic needed to ensure they had high impact keywords that accurately aligned with the site content they produced to inform users and aid conversion.

Optify Solutions

In order to drive its target audience of developers and IT managers, Corensic used Optify’s Keywords and Website Optimization applications. Using Optify, Corensic was able to create a list of keywords, view where they ranked on each keyword, see how rankings had improved over time, compare the data against competitors and easily share results across the organization.

Using Optify’s Website Optimization application, Corensic identified its pages with the highest potential, received detailed feedback on which areas could improve, and learned which pages are successful and why. For example, Optify helped identify where to put SEO-friendly phrases on the Corensic site and where to add H1 tags, and provided a website checklist for other SEO and optimization tips for each page.

Corensic also used Optify’s customizable Marketing Dashboard. The Dashboard allowed Corensic to relay value and insights to the business and provided at-a-glance reports to what’s working, what’s not and how efforts tracked against marketing and sales goals. Corensic was also able to save on reporting time by pulling comprehensive data straight from the Optify application, and then exporting that information for detailed analysis.

Results
