What is Optify?
Optify provides hosted, easy-to-use software for businesses to generate leads through organic search and social media. With Optify’s Real-Time Marketing software, businesses can increase their traffic through search engine optimization, use Twitter to create and manage online campaigns to promote important events, gain lead intelligence and turn anonymous visitors into leads, and use Optify’s simple and integrated reporting to share results.

Optify helps marketing and sales professionals generate qualified leads through web search and social media and focus sales efforts to close more deals with easy to use, Real-Time Marketing Suite. Optify’s integrated hosted service enables professional marketers to find and track target keywords, optimize their website for search engines, monitor website visitors, automate Twitter campaigns and track results, and gain insights into which online marketing channels are driving the most qualified leads. Sales teams can automatically qualify and score web leads, focus sales efforts with real-time lead scoring and alerts, align marketing and sales, and close more deals by assigning the right leads to the right sales person.
Who we are
Optify was founded in 2008 by Brian Goffman and Erez Barak, and is funded by Madrona Venture Group.
We’re located in Seattle, Washington and currently have 20 team members.
What Is Real Time Marketing?
Real time marketing is marketing designed for the real time web. Marketing in real time gives businesses the ability to take action and react to news, events, and customer needs at the moment they happen. Marketers engage in real time dialogue with prospects to generate more leads. Sales people contact customers when customers are interested resulting in higher close rates. Armed with insights about customers and leads, real time marketers know who to call, when, and what to say.
Facts, Results, and Direction
- Optify currently serves over 400 unique accounts, and has a growth rate of 26% month over month since the beginning of the year.
- During February, 2010 Optify tracked 5.8 Million page-views for a total of over 15 Million page-views since July of 2009. By the end of March, 2010 Optify will track over 60 Million page-views.
- Optify users have optimized over 100,000 pages using optify’s Page Optimization application.
- Optify has tracked and captured over 20 thousand leads since July, 2009 averaging a 40% growth month-over-month in the number of leads Optify application is capturing.
- Optify has generated over 10% of its own leads from social media channels during February, 2010 using Twitter for Business application, LinkedIn, Fascebook, and other social media tactics.
