In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new customers for Optify by qualifying inbound leads, scheduling appointments, team selling, product demonstrations, and closing new customers mostly over the phone. You should have experience managing a sales pipeline of both strategic and transactional accounts and comfort with online research and sales automation applications.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate new customers consistently at or above quota
    • Become an expert in real-time marketing
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and potential customers
    • Work collaboratively across the sales team to complete activities including presentations, prospecting, qualification, closing and account management
    • Contribute to product roadmap by communicating key product and service needs to marketing and engineering teams
    • Track relevant sales activity in Salesforce.com

    Requirements

    • Consistent top 5% sales contributor in your peer group; consistently beat quota in past sales roles
    • 2-7+ years of sales experience, preferably including a startup or new product environment
    • High work ethic, energy, passion, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for online marketing and media
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision

    Optify is looking for a talented User Experience Designer to join our Marketing team. This designer will primarily work on design on our website (www.optify.net) including look and feel, navigation, and (some) creative. Ideal candidate would be capable of completing a cross section of design tasks including: UI design, Interactive design (simple 3-5 step user flows), and some very basic/simple graphics.

    This is a part-time contract position based in Seattle.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product and UI requirements.
    • Develop conceptual models, flow maps, wireframes and visual mockups.
    • Design high-quality, scalable and on-brand experiences for web and mobile applications.
    • Manage detailed design specifications and style guidelines.

    Requirements

    • At least two years experience as a graphics designer
